    Programme Overview

Radical changes that will completely transform retailing have been expedited by Covid-19. It is getting harder to attract (and keep) customers since consumer expectations are rising. In this course, we’ll define what it means to shift from a customer-focused approach to a product-focused approach and discuss how to develop a marketing plan that will actually benefit customers. This course offers insights into what we can learn from the firms that have seen the greatest success during this wave of change. You will be able to recognise the shifting expectations with relation to producing outstanding customer experiences and value-based branding by the end of this course.
