Dr. Kar is an experienced Associate Professor in marketing at Goa Institute of Management, with over 20 years of experience in academia and industry. He specializes in marketing productivity, consulting, and behavior change, and has led institutional development projects and research. He is currently leading a project to enhance online teaching capabilities at GIM. He also enjoys experimenting with pedagogical innovation.
Dr. Yukti Sharma is an Assistant Professor in marketing at Goa Institute of Management. She completed her post-doctoral research in marketing from IIM Calcutta and her doctorate in “Marketing at subsistence marketplace” from Jamia Hamdard. Her research interests include Marketing, Developmental research, and Information systems. Her works have been published in reputed journals such as Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, and Health Marketing Quarterly.
